About Us
Our Story
Prime Rehabilitation Services is a family owned and operated business celebrating over 21 years of providing rehabilitation services to nursing homes. The founder of Prime, Yaffa Liebermann, found her passion in providing the best care to the elderly. She knew she could build a group of like minded therapists to become the best therapy providers. PRS hires therapists who love to treat the elderly with a soft and caring touch. They encourage patients to excel and provide the confidence that their residents are functioning at their highest practical level of performance.
